This price includes attendance fees, teaching material and participation in social events. We offer 5 scholarships that cover the registration fee for non-funded students, upon request. In this case, students must briefly explain in the application form the condition they allege.

The registration process will be completed ONLY when the bank transfer (a) and the information requested (b) are submitted.
IMPORTANT NOTE : From May 20th onwards, no requests for refund will be accepted.

This step is compulsory for PhD students, but it is also open to early career researchers who want to present their research projects in specific workshop sessions. In these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to present their research projects in small work groups and receive feedback from their peers and the guest speakers. To that end, they should submit an extended abstract that meets the following requirements:
