PARTICIPATION FEES:
For PhD students: 190 €
For researchers: 350 €

This price includes attendance fees, teaching material and participation in social events.
We offer 5 scholarships that cover the registration fee for non-funded students, upon request. In this case, students must briefly explain in the application form the condition they allege.

To apply, please follow these steps:

1. Fill in the application form

Deadline: 20th March

Application submission is closed

2. Communication of acceptance

Deadline: 8th April

3. Registration

Deadline: 1st May

Once you receive the communication of acceptance, complete the registration in two steps:

a. Please make a bank transfer with the following details:

Amount: 190 € (PhD Student) / 350 € (Researcher)

Indicate: “GIDSSER, name, surname and passport/ID”

b. Send an e-mail with the bank transfer receipt to Sufia Mohand: smohand@ugr.es

For PhD students: Please also include certificate of enrolment in an official PhD programme, or link to your profile in your institution directory, etc.

 

The registration process will be completed ONLY when the bank transfer (a) and the information requested (b) are submitted.

IMPORTANT NOTE : From May 20th onwards, no requests for refund will be accepted.

4. Submission of extended abstracts

Deadline: 20th May

This step is compulsory for PhD students, but it is also open to early career researchers who want to present their research projects in specific workshop sessions.
In these sessions, participants will have the opportunity to present their research projects in small work groups and receive feedback from their peers and the guest speakers. To that end, they should submit an extended abstract that meets the following requirements:

Max. 2000 words

File format: Word or PDF

Structure:
  • Principal Topic: importance of the topic for entrepreneurship research and practice, what is new about the project.
  • Method: data sources and methods used to collect and analyze the data.
  • Results and Implications: preliminary or final results and their implications for research and practice.
  • Note: Do not include references and tables.
